Here are some of the more common questions that we get.

 

What are your prices?

Every home and business is unique in their cleaning needs so prices vary. However, we do offer affordable rates. What we quote you, is what you pay, nothing more.

Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?

We bring all supplies and/or equipment needed to clean your home or business. However, if you want us to use your supplies, we will at your request.

Is there a contract?

No contracts. You can stop and start services as you see fit. 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We ask that you give us a call at least 24 hours in advance. There are no fees to cancel or to reschedule an appointment.  Please Note: If you have an appointment and we are not able to access your home or business, there is a $25 no entry fee to cover the cost of travel.

Do I need to be at home for my cleaning appointment?

No, you do not have to be at home or at the office for your cleaning appointment. All you need to do is make sure that we have access to your home or office.  

Will the same person come to clean my home every time?

We will do our best to make sure that the same person comes to your home to clean so your preferences are learned. However, life does happen and at times, events may come up to prevent your regular cleaning person from being available.  

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. We will send you an invoice via email (usually within 24 hours) which will have a secure link to pay online. We do not collect or store any credit card information.
